While a Campaign Management Intern at the Ad Council, Diego showed incredible initiative, raising his hand to jump into projects even when not directly asked. He brought passion and a positive attitude to all of his tasks and would be a great asset to any team he works on in the future.

I was lucky enough to mentor Diego through the COVID-19 Business Fellowship Program. His ability to adapt to unexpected and uncontrollable changes was deeply impressive, and he consistently took initiative without a need for direction. Diego was able take small pieces of existing advertisements and marketing content and scale it to a thorough and diverse advertising strategy. I have no doubt that he would be a great addition to any team and I'd be happy to speak with anyone interested in hearing more about our relationship during CBFP!
