Some of my responsibilities include: -Conducting SQL, HubSpot and Google Sheets analyses; identifying and implementing strategies to attract new leads and increase Samara's qualification conversion. -Conducting weekly analysis of our Growth partners; including their conversions, geographies and volume for actionable insights. -Creating and updating company dashboards on Hubspot and Google Sheets, including official Growth and Sales KPI reports. -Managing required weekly lead volume by reporting on partner performance, devising an objective-based strategy, implementing our forecast models, requesting volume from our partners, monitoring their progress throughout the week and adapting to any unforeseen changes. -Covering for the Head of Growth and Head of Partnerships in their absence, implementing changes to our sales funnel, reporting department matters to the co-founders, coordinating company projects with department heads and communicating with our partners for pending matters. -Carrying out and closing sales calls using HubSpot and SolarEdge's engineering software; familiarizing myself with the energy sector, our products, and our sales process. -Building and presenting weekly reports for the Growth and Sales teams to discuss strategic insights and targets. -Innovating on our invoice review method for Growth partners, creating concise and comprehensive digital ledgers to ensure monthly lead volume and discounts are correctly charged and verified. -Helping the Partnerships department expand our affiliate list by compiling tables with potential partners, reaching out through phone or email and presenting them with our offers.
