He Reports to CEO, member of the board of Directors • Responsible for new products development: new modular asphalt plant tower, high performance thermal fluid boilers, vibrating screens, agglomerate mixers, roller crushers, bitumen tanks with electric heating • Hiring engineering staff • Subcontracting engineering works • Manufacturing re-engineering: production equipment selection and plant layout for newly designed products • Spanish representative in CEN/TC 151 for EN-536 standard revision.Participation in trade missions to different countries: Poland, Hungary, France, as well as technical sales support for different countries. In this period the company experienced a substantial expansion in west Europe and France thanks to tailored designs for these markets. The turnover of the company reached its maximum at 60M€. The initial turnover in 1998 was around 22M€.Relevant projects: • Modular mixing tower, Innova G and S series. Around 15 plants with an aggregate value around 23 M€ • High energy efficient electrically heated bitumen tank design. Complex installations of bitumen parks were commissioned across Europe meeting energy efficiency highest standards (France, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Swiss) • Research project, Spanish Government Grant 2006/03983/001: “Biomass gasification through a new fluidized bed design of rotary spiral distributor” (SSD). Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia, (01/10/2006 – 20/09/2009). • Research project, Spanish program CENIT 2007/1014: “Research on new concepts of safer and more sustainable roads”. CDTI (01/01/2007 – 31/12/2010).

Turnover of the company reached 40M€.
