  Research Associate at National Council for Technical and Scientific Research (CONICET) of Argentina; working at INTEC in Santa Fe (Argentina). The main body of my scientific contributions are in the field of numerical simulation of fluid mechanics processes involving interfacial dynamics phenomena. In particular, I study the effects of surfactants in different capillary phenomena, as for example Rayleigh’s instability and dip coating problems. Today, my work is mainly related on the study of printing applications, specifically in modelling and simulation of liquid transfer phenomena between moving surfaces. I have also experience in modelling and simulation of biological processes and biomedical devices: for example, lubrication flows in synovial joints, stress analysis of hip and knee prostheses, ventricular assistance devices and others. I am expert in finite elements method and other numerical techniques as both user and programmer/developer. Show less
