Responsible of the quality in life series of the MQB A0 Rear Axle project of Volkswagen Group (assembled in SEAT IBIZA / ARONA, VW POLO / T-CROSS, AUDI A1, it is produced by means of the following processes: stamping, laser cutting, welding and machining):-Contact with customer and claims management: leading the presentation of corrective measures and monitoring the effectiveness, analysis using tools such as 8Ds, SPC statistical studies, update of AMFE / Control Plan / Start of Production, follow-up of selection companies at customer.-Daily monitoring of internal quality KPIs (% scrap / rework per process) and associated action plans in case of deviation.-Coordination of team of plant auditors of the project in the resolution of quality problems both internal and customer.-Conducting product / process audits and participation in customer and group audits.-Participation in feasibility studies regarding product / process changes and update of internal quality documentation.-Validation of first samples / prototypes.-Calibration of gauges.
