After 15 years in CMA CGM group, Diego has joined the eCommerce Sales team as eCommerce Regional Offices manager. I could work with him during more than a year and a half and I saw what the value he could deliver. He was able to combine functional management of 4 eCommerce regional offices and the worldwide deployment of a strategic product for the group. Concerning the 4 regions, we are speaking of about 20 people based in various location (North America, Latina America, Asia and China). His main mission was to ensure adoption of all digital products portfolio, to fix and challenge local sales targets and to animate sales actions plan. I can write without any doubt that he has delivered a high performance in his mission and that I received excellent feedbacks from all his staff. Concerning his second mission, he became quicly the major product expert. Being able to frame the global launching of the product, to train all sales manager, to engage a worldwide sales action plan structured with internal and external actors, to deploy a CRM in order to improve sales process and visibility, to perform demo to main key acounts and of course to actively contribute to the performance of his product. Appart of his professional skills, Diego is someone that actively contributes to make his colleagues feel that they are in a great place to work.
