At my current store I was able to make an impact on our people culture, by developing and holding my team accountable, I was able to train and promote one crew member to shift lead and one shift lead to Apprentice General Manager in 3 months. At my previous location I was able to develop and promote 5 shift leads in a 3-4 month time frame. With 3 being outside hires and 2 being in store promotions. Have been meeting / exceeding company expectations with food, business and people which are the 3 most important to have in the food/restaurant industry. Food meaning our food quality restaurant being held at a high standard, Business meaning operationally being able to manage our labor, P&L, food cost, and developing relationships with guests and marketing within our area to drive and build sales, and People meaning developing and creating an encouraging and strong team environment because without our people the business or food would not be successful.
