During the period, the intern worked in the Research and Development Department, along with other engineering professionals. The main study regarded the development of a new process of air separation for air-water flows and its application on new types of air separators for HVAC domestic systems. A secondary study was also perfomed, regarding flow measurement and study of bubble formation on a HVAC domestic system's boiler's outlet.
