Diederick heeft mij en het BoP Innovation Center team op een inspirerende en succesvolle wijze geintroduceerd in de wereld van Holacracy. Hij heeft ons getraind, met ons de eerste structuur ontwikkeld, en ons daarna op prettige wijze begeleid bij het toepassen van de holacracy tools en technieken. Na een jaar waren we doorgegroeid van een team die de principes begreep, naar een team dat de principes structureel gebruikt om korte en middellange termijn tensions in de organisatie op te lossen. Diederik heeft ongelofelijk veel kennis en practische ervaring, maar is ook steeds weer bereid om nieuwe dingen samen uit te proberen en daar samen van te leren.
