I was Didier's TL for around 7 months, and during that time I saw him being proactive and independent. It did not matter the ticket you got him, he would always get it done. His learning curve in the project was slight and in a short period, he was already helping the rest of the team members that were added to the project. He was able to get the context of the project quickly. He makes sure he understands the requirements and proposes different solutions.
