Guided them to setting both short and long term goals at the intersection of their personal development and their ability to deliver the strategic goals of the cooperative.• Identified and created relationships with session leaders — senior industry executives — towards the delivery of Africa-relevant, actionable and relatable content to the women entrepreneurs over an array of several topical areas including Marketing, Finance, Sales etc. Fellows reported an average of 90% satisfaction and relevance-to-business score• Supported the design, creation and implementation of several program initiatives that helped increase engagement and impact.
