Didem was my manager while I worked for ITS/DPS. She was responsible for overseeing projects for multiple agencies, including DPS. She was an invaluable resource in understanding the people I would need to engage with as well as processes I would need to follow. I was new to ITS and how projects are managed within the state organization. She was very patient and accessible in teaching me things like ITSM and the various reports I would need to generate. What impressed me the most about Didem was her ability to juggle and maintain so many initiatives. Yet, despite how much was on her plate, she was always on top of what was occurring for my projects. I always felt supported. I also admired her level of commitment and professionalism. It helped drive me to follow those same principles.
