Our company benefitted greatly in our hiring and then to retain a much better caliber of employees. They are screened and placed to better match the position, based on thinking style, behavioral traits and occupational interests. Our managers also use this tool to better understand how to motivate and manage their employees by understanding what drives the employee and their inherent behavioral traits.
