I worked with Dib on a very large scale cyber technology programme. Despite leading a sizeable team at the time, Dib stood out as both capable of thinking broadly and proposing creative strategies to address delivery challenges, but also getting deep down into the details and roll up his sleeves to get things done. Dib is passionate about introducing agile methodologies in environments used to traditional approaches. I would fully recommend him and hope to work together again in the future.

Jeff Jones

"I came across Dib several years ago when he was chosen for an assignment in my team. We had hired an external consultancy (CapGemini) to drive a major change initiative with our supplier base, Dib was asked to support the consulting team as an internal BT resource. When the time came to renew the contract with Capgemini, Dib stepped up and offered to lead the team without the need of the external senior manager. This helped immediately cut our expense with consultancy by >35%. Dib successfully led the team. He designed a clever survey to establish directly from the suppliers where the cost reduction opportunities lie. His recommendations and plan of action helped generate significant cash savings to the business. Following this project I hired him into my team and would recommend him to anyone looking a dynamic leader."

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dib in 2007 for the first time and we worked closely for another couple of years after that. Dib comes across as someone highly reliable and trustworthy who can lead an initiative keeping everyone on board along the way. He is creative and always full of new ideas; at the same time he has a pragmatic approach that ensures that things do get done. Dib is especially strong in his ability to see and assess technology in business context and will be a great asset to any technology related business.
