At AJL my role establishes and develops relationships with current and prospective grant recipient organizations. I'm responsible for screening, processing and tracking grant applications to ensure they meet the Foundation's eligibility guidelines and assess fit with the Foundation's interests and funding priorities. Make initial recommendations to the Executive Director and provide the Board of Directors and staff with a history of applications, grants, disbursements, relevant background, and procedures. I am developing grant guidelines and master schedule for managing annual proposal/grant information and prepare appropriate correspondence regarding the status of proposals and funding decisions to applicants and grantees.

I created excitement for the show as well as developed a library of go to questions for quests. I hosted panel discussions; on current events and public affairs, I also did individual interviews. I studied the background information in preparing for the guests. Helped with post and pre production. I have the ability to; engage and audience and gain a loyal following, with a great personality and presentation.
