This can also include periodic sales reports showing sales volumes, potential sales, areas of proposed customer base expansion, and monitoring and evaluating the activities and products of the competition. * Enters new customer data and maintains appropriate detailed records of customers and prospective customers contacted, person contacted, results achieved, as well as significant problems/issues encountered. * Maintains and submits in timely manner detailed records of expenses incurred for business promotion, mileage, lunch receipts, or other expenses for reimbursement in accordance with policy. * Participates in civic and community affairs and attends applicable association meetings to assure that Sarma services are promoted to prospective customers. * Develops and implements annual sales and marketing plans outlining objectives, to be achieved and strategies to be used.
