  Work Ready Progression Manager at CBEBP; both a strategic and operational role. Currently I am managing work related learning in the form of work experience, across the organisation and bespoke work ready packages delivered in schools. Previously, as Alternative Curriculum Manager I have developed and led on projects aimed at young people in Reading and Wokingham who are disaffected/disengaged with mainstream education and which offer work-related opportunities to re-engage with education, training and employment. My responsibilities include line management of key staff, liaison with other organisations, funding applications including ESF and Lottery, budgeting and cash flow, delivery on many projects and part of the management team within the company.
