Dianna is first and foremost responsible, reliable and consistently takes care of the requirements of the job. I knew that if I asked for something to be done, it would be done quickly and done well. This was exemplified by her detailed and thorough approach to training her replacement. However Dianna provides so much more to a team than the requirements. She is an experienced trainer who has a way with people and has molded some rough diamonds into priceless jewels at our Front Desk. She brings a positive (and humorous) attitude to the workplace every day which lifts the atmosphere for everyone involved. Dianna has been Acting General Manager for me several times when I took long trips to Europe in the middle of our busy season and she returned the hotel back to me better than I left it.
