Working with Dianna was truly a privilege and honor! She is an exceptional HR and business leader. Dianna delivers excellence every step of the way. Dianna and I had the joyous opportunity to travel to all the HVO resorts to transition the employees when we acquired the company. Traveling non stop with someone for 12 weeks allows you to learn a lot about the person. Dianna is a gem! She’s fun, super smart, has great business savvy, lots of great common sense, but most of all is someone that I’ll support and fight for everyday!!

I worked with Dianna Sporcic for over 14 years, and to this day claim that she is one of the best people I have ever worked with! When I first met her, we didn’t work in the same department, but I interacted with her often and knew she was good – so when I learned she was interested in HR, I was immediately excited that she would be joining our team. After working in all areas of the HR office, she was promoted to Assistant Director. She was my right (and left) arm and led the HR office with grace during my maternity leaves and recruiting trips abroad. Dianna is exceptional wherever she is. She is quick to learn processes, systems and technology, is a task manager and is great at building rapport and connecting with people at all levels. She is often the first to jump into help and is a high-energy doer. She is enthusiastic, has strong business savvy, influence, looks for opportunities to celebrate and she makes her co-workers feel special. I was lucky to have Dianna on my team and will always appreciate her dedication, example, support and friendship!
