Dianna was one of my mentors when I was in the early stages of my career at Western Union and she was relocated to Costa Rica as Training Manager, overseeing the Latin America & Caribbean Region. I was very impressed by her ability to 'read' and adapt the educational experience according to the level of the groups, making it an enjoyable and profitable experience for all individuals involved. She would look for ways to make every training a unique experience, that would ensure results and ultimately, satisfaction and standard practices around the region. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again, and believe that Dianna would be an asset to any company.
