  1974-Present: Along with husband Charles D. Gottlieb, MSW conceptualized and cofounded Networks, Inc.a multi-disciplinary nopn profit out patient mental health agency that currently employes nine mental health professionals (www.networksvt.org). Responsibilities include; collaboration with other staff members for program planning and administration of out patient services for individuals, couples, families and groups, supervision of graduate students and post graduate practicums and internships as well as the administration and coordination of clinical services with managed care companies. Provides training and consultation to both not for profit educational and social service agencies as well as innovative start ups and existing businesses.
