Partner with program managers across the school to design, plan, and ensure the effective execution of auxiliary programs with the goal of developing a broad range of programs and creating meaningful experiences. Manage planning details (timelines, checklists, staffing plans, and logistics for each program). I support all special programs and services, marketing, brand-building with a focus on summer programming. Provide logistical and administrative assistant support for all aspects of Moses Brown’s admissions program. Coordinate execution of admissions activities with other school departments, admissions personnel and prospective students and families. Oversee the process of disseminating decision letters and collecting enrollment contracts with a high degree of accuracy. Coordinate a multifaceted parent/student visiting schedule. Manage and direct interviewers and parent volunteers. Maintain and distribute critical statistical information.
