I had the pleasure of working with Diane at NCO/RMH in the Human Resources Department. Diane was adept at working in a challenging environment where our company was a vendor housed on the client's property (UPS). She often walked a line between the two without appearing to favor either one, all the time advocating for the employees of our organization. Diane was also a gregarious person who brought her own personal style to the workplace everyday. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Diane again in the future.
