In this position my primary responsibility was to grow business in the tri-state market consisting of Northeastern and Central PA, parts of NJ and Delaware. A large part of my business was with commercial accounts with a strong focus on Government. Sales growth within existing business and account management helped me to successfully reach my goals year after year. Working with internal sales partners to generate business with existing accounts was also required. At Highland Associates, I was responsible for maintaining and developing a facility management program for Aventis Pasteur. Working closely with their facilities department, I designed, purchased and coordinated all aspects of renovations, relocation and new construction on the Aventis campus. This was about 90% of my responsibilities daily, however I aided the firm with space planning and programming for small projects within the Scranton Metropolitan area. • 1991 - 1999

As Interior Design Coordinator, I was responsible for planning, developing and managing all new construction, renovations and relocation within the three hospitals of the health system and all affiliate locations including physician offices. I worked closely with the Vice President of Administrative Services to coordinate and budget the strategic planning for space allocation. I specified all interior finishes, furniture and accessories for all new purchases. The master planning for the hospital involved working closely with architects and designers to approve and maintain a corporate standard that met the needs of the healthcare system. Show less
