  I am accountable for the development and success of workforce education programs and courses for the College. The essential functional areas of this position include program planning and development, administrative services, publicity and marketing and program evaluation. This requires monitoring employment trends in the allied health professions. As gaps in services are identified, course recommendations and developed with faculty and administration to meet workforce needs. Other responsiblities include recruiting of adjunct faculty, schedule facilities and equipment, and advise students on course content and fees.
