Mini-course teacher and Substitute teacher
-
Sep 2005 - Sep 2009
Substitute Teacher – Art, Music and Math. Developed and taught food-based mini-course, which mirrored the middle school’s class theme—the themes were the Renaissance Period, Shakespeare, and becoming more “green” in your everyday life. The “final” in each mini-course session included a walking tour of food locations in Philadelphia for which I arranged proprietors to speak to the class about the foods we studied (and ate).
