Directed the development of SAGE 200 quotation function driven by identifying flaws within the current process, consulting with both staff and supplier throughout, allowing the sales team to integrate using SAGE CRM and output through to a polished written quotation, improving client and company expectationDevelopment of bespoke in house systems within organisations from SME’s to a large multi million company, benefiting the organisations dramatically by providing them with a fully functional and operational systems, which have provided control mechanisms including managing new business from the starting point right through to the end process.Successfully managed and operated the functions associated with staff, finance, operations, recruitment and HR functions within the SME market. Increased profit by 60% above budget by performing regular financial reviews of actual and forecast budgets based on negotiating new tenancy deals and expenditure contract values.Roll out of site improvement programme, to increase facilities, retain existing and attract new business. The site benefited from improved security, pleasant internal and external surrounds, space efficiency and dedicated and defined staffing and facilities, within a not for profit organisation. Planned and managed financial and commercial software transfers for different companies from one accounting package to another, or from manual accounts to software led accounts. Conceptualised invoicing reconciliation as a control mechanism within BDMIS, identified weaknesses within the organisation. Working with various teams to aid development enabling me to reconfigure BDMIS. The initial exercise identified un-invoiced queries valuing over £8m.
