Diane and I worked together for many years at both ThinkPay and Paycor. She is very intelligent and organized. She is hard-working and extremely dedicated. She has so much knowledge and is exceptionally good at explaining things to other people in a very kind, patient, and easy to understand way. She is always willing to help a client or fellow associate. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find out. She is great with clients, serving theirs needs and developing relationships with them. Diane is an amazing person, and it has been my great pleasure to work with her over the years. I truly enjoyed my time working with Diane at Paycor, and came to know her as an honest, hard-working, and valuable team member. Beyond being a great coworker, Diane is also an empathetic individual who can put herself in the shoes of the end user to accomplish the task at hand. Diane and I worked together at Paycor from 2014-2017 in various ways. First, Diane helped lead the charge to migrate over 100 clients from her previous company to Paycor, giving direction to the training efforts and caring for clients on an individual basis to ensure a smooth transition. Later in her time at Paycor I was her direct Manager while she fulfilled the role of Senior Technical Writer, then Senior Process Analyst. Diane was a valuable team member and brought years of experience in writing and in seeing the end user’s point of view. She always made sure to pay attention to the detail while also balancing that with the big picture of anything she was working on. I can confidently recommend Diane, as I know that she will add value to any team with which she is involved. As a dedicated and thoughtful employee and an all-around great person, I know that she will be a great benefit to any organization.
