"Inquire for the cargo detail and work on the freight agent to have the actual clearance, and insurance for the marine cargo insurance coverage if necessary. *Ensure to receive details of the shipment ETD &ETA prior to the submission of FIRS (Food Import Registration) in the Dubai Municipality portal. *Apply and submit FIRS with proper details of the shipment before the arrival. *Receive and forward original documents in 2 sets - Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Halal Certificate (in case of meat items), Certificate of Insurance, Undertaking Letter, and Authorization Letter to the freight agent. *Once cargo is cleared from the Dubai Municipality, communicates with the warehouse for the offioading of the items in the designated warehouse. *After offioading, move forth with the DIP Inspection applied online for the OM releasing and FIRS checking.
