Provided technical assistance to local/state/non-profit sub recipient officials related to the development of grant applications, scope of work development, and grant project budgeting. Prepared sub recipient grant agreements, and conducted state level review and analysis of sub recipient applications. Executed sub-recipient monitoring activities and grant closeouts in accordance with appropriate federal and state guidance, rules, regulations and standards.
