I had the pleasure to be Diane’s manager for over 4 years in the Saint-Gobain Nordic & Baltic Treasury department. From day one Diane toke responsibility for her tasks and showed a structured and professional way of working. She always had a friendly and service minded behavior towards her colleagues and the Saint-Gobain entities in the region. Needless to say, she quickly became an extremely important member of the team. During the years she continually used her experience from bookkeeping and accounting to challenge and develop the department’s internal setup and policies. I would especially like to highlight the implementation of our new Treasury Management System, as a project where Diane’s contribution was extraordinary. During the implementation, Diane used her accounting experience to map the link between the new system and our ERP. Furthermore, she showed her flair and interest in new systems, to quickly learn and develop the platform to fit our setup. Without her experience and huge effort, the implementation would not have been a success. Diane was a highly appreciated colleague in the department, and it was a pleasure to work with her.
