I have been in education, as a mathematics instructor working at the district, regional, and state levels, which means I have experienced many different leadership styles and focuses for almost 20 years. Diane Fox came to a building and staff, in South Kitsap High School, in need of someone with a strong vision and purpose. Diane came to a staff that has a history of being hard to work with.
