I worked with Diane on a number of projects at Ducker Worldwide, when I was just starting my career in market research. Diane is organized, diligent, and an excellent communicator. She was a great role model for me as young professional learning the ropes of company operations and market research itself. Diane is an open book - easy to talk to, very willing to teach what she knows, and a great trouble-shooter. I would ask questions and seek advice from her, even when not working directly on one of her projects. Her positive, can-do attitude really left an impression on me. Diane is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to market research, and she can be trusted to see even very complex projects through from start to finish. She is also wonderful with clients, putting them at ease with her confidence, humor and know-how. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have worked with Diane, and I am a better researcher because of it.
