The Ministry of Caring Mission is: To enfold the hospitalized, homebound, dying, and the bereaved into the care and life of Holy Cross Parish. Ministers take Eucharist to those in the hospital on a daily basis, Ministers of Eucharist visit and bring Eucharist to the homebound of the Parish. They assess the Health/spiritual needs of Patient and care givers and provide assistance as needed. Ministers of Eucharist visit Nursing homes and Assisted living facilities to provide Eucharist and comfort. The Ministry of caring also provides bereavement services to the newly bereaved. Show less
