I’ve worked with Diandra at Baker & McKenzie firm. She has the qualities that all HR professional should have: ethic, empathy, analytical view, proactivity and innovation. From the first moment that we used work together I could see how Diandra was a potential. She is assertive in her analysis and placement and know understand customer needs (internal and external) in order to exceed expectations with her work.
