Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, project accounting, processes, ERP, and payroll for 2,000 different people, communication with IT vendors and auditors (both IT auditors and general review), and communication with the sales department about major contracts and various ad hoc projects. Led team of 17 people. • Steering Committee for revision updates the ERP system Axapta with amendments and combines the new system with all other systems in place.. • Management of building accounts of Bella Sky. The model used by both external contractors and Bella Center. The construction cost 1.7 billion. The model consisted of follow-up and rolling budget control, indicating the completion degrees. • Establishment of arrangement/event accounts within their segment as well as follow-up with each department. • Establishment of company procedures, reconciliation procedures and integration to the ERP system from booking Opera in the initialization of Bella SKY. The workflow continues to prove efficient. • Optimization of several processes, information flow and new tools came into use. These include BI tool QlikView, invoice scanning using ReadSoft, electronic invoicing using LaserNet and new POS system (POS system Micros) to the group. Show less
