I worked with Diana in a digital agency that designs and develops products and websites for clients in the government and not for profit sectors. Diana has an encyclopaedic knowledge of content design and development, and she’s a joy to work with. Her energy was matched with a constant and clear micro-to-macro focus and a trenchant implementation of the projects she worked on. The projects were large and technical and Diana guided both clients and led the content team from start to finish - from strategic planning and information architecture to content design, modification and implementation. Diana is collaborative and compassionate, and I’d recommend her to anyone who’s wanting to improve their content or communicate more effectively, or anyone wanting to create a better user experience for their website or digital product.

I was truly blessed to have Diana on my team! She brought thoughtful consideration and a positive mindset to every aspect of her role. Diana has a great skill to nurture junior members of the team and a persistent drive to complex solve problems. Diana always has the user at front of mind - resulting in considered and focused results.

I led the implementation of the the digital asset management (DAM) component of the QUT Brand Centre. The Brand Centre is projected to save QUT millions by reducing the time staff spend searching for marketing images, video and audio. We launched in May 2020 and within 6 months, the average time marketing staff spent searching for content dropped by 57%. **ilab Germinate Program Startup Company 2012** The Third Row designed better ways for publishers and retail brands to work together. We created a product search engine platform for fashion and interiors magazines, enabling people to easily find products that had been featured in editorial. We advocated paid subscriptions to editorial callouts as an alternative revenue stream for publishers. **ilab Germinate Program Startup Company 2012** The Third Row designed better ways for publishers and retail brands to work together. I managed the web operations team comprising 12 editors, designers and developers in a complex political and technical environment. My team dealt with 300+ monthly requests for site changes. I managed a major workstream split which increased the number of projects/change requests completed on time, introduced quality assurance processes which increased the standard of project and day-to-day work, redefined the user experience for requesting changes to the TfL site and championed user-centred design.
