Immuno-assay development. As a Research Associate IV and team leader, I have developed numerous Quantikine kits (Q kit) - Elisa kits for R&D systems. Most of the Q kits I developed had either poor plate precision issue, huge standard lyophilization loss or instability of detection antibody issues. My most recent experience was human CXCL1/Lymphotactin development. I managed to overcome the plate precision problem on automated coating mavhine and successfully passed the design and validation review. This kit is currently on the R&D systems' market.

From 1992-1996, my research was primary focused on tumor immunology: Augmentation of tumor specific immune responses by improvement of indirect antigen presentation to T cells. In above five year period, together with my PI, I have published 7 research papers and 3 abstracts in the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and the American Society of Hematology (ASH).
