During Fall 2022 quarter, I was a student researcher in a Directed Research in HCDE at UW called Qualitative Analysis and Design Practice in Wilderness Medicine. I analyzed and cleaned data from a field site in Southeast Alaska related to wilderness medicine practice and education. I also developed personal frameworks for expressing positionality and for communicating in interdisciplinary spaces about qualitative work.
