  Performed pre-flight duties and customer file work to suitably prepare each job for printing. Completed proofreading, layout, design, typesetting, and editing processes, sometimes completely from scratch, for print publications. Imposed film and produced film negatives of finished print jobs (for 2-color separations, 4-color jobs in CMYK, and grayscale). Imposed film for publications that ranged anywhere from one page to 150+ pages. Posted all four military newspapers in their entirety online at www.gowdyprint.com. Took over the classified advertising for the military newspapers in October 2003. My weekly sales increased from approximately $900 to $1,600 in just five months.
