Managed all translation projects for the National and Regional Offices. Published over 1,000 articles across platforms including health, medications, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, treatments, medical insurance and financial help, in addition to campaign materials, educational programs (for volunteers and general public), PSAs and scripts for print, online, audio and video content. ● Editing and proofreading – oversaw and maintained cultural competency, quality and consistency in messaging and presentation of educational literature (brochures and numerous fact sheets, posters, announcements, forms) and the Foundation´s editions of its official Walking Guidebook and Fitness Program Manuals. ● Customer Service – ensured consistent and accurate information when answering, within 24-hours, all online, postal, and call inquiries from the general public pertaining to arthritis and community resources. Responded to questions and requests from staff and volunteers by end of each day. ● Outreach – acted as the Foundation´s representative and conduit with external organizations in the Hispanic community. Increased awareness of the disease among Hispanics through participation in health fairs and informational meetings. Produced and delivered monthly reports indicating all activity related to outreach. ● Dubbing – acted as the sole Spanish-speaking voice of the Arthritis Foundation, including web content audio, and PSAs for radio and television.
