  The biggest part of my job is customer service. Its my responsibiliy to determine what my customers needs are, sometimes diffuse situations, provide solutions to customer issues, and ensure that my customers are treated fairly. I assist the pharmacists with customers interactions, organize flu shot clincs, coordinate community relations, and assist with the day to day running of the pharmacy.
