I was always impressed by Diana’s resilience in difficult times, her capacity to remain positive and bounce back, her genuine interest in building an inclusive workplace where people can belong. In her capacity as Recruitment Coordinator for Coca-Cola HBC Romania, Diana successfully re-designed the recruitment process, being focused on finding the right balance between efficiency (speed of recruitment, cost ) and quality of hires. She introduced new assessment tools, metrics to measure speed and quality of the recruitment. Diana was new in the team and company, nevertheless her contagious enthusiasm and motivation helped her to integrate and deliver results very quickly. It was a privilege and pleasure working with Diana and I hope our paths will cross again in the future.
