  Created and presented lessons for a first grade class. Wrote lesson plans that included differentiated instruction, which provided varied teaching methods for the students. Also, became aware of the Interdisciplinary Standards, such as integrating and evaluating multiple sources of information in order to solve a problem or format a question to add to the discussion. She was able to enhance the motivation and efforts the students had and implemented an award system that generated positive outcomes in raising students' confidence. Her greatest strengths as a professional are being patient, understanding, and supportive. The results she attained in the classroom were wonderful professional relationships with the students, a vast academic growth in their school work, and a better behavioral development. Her professional goals are to further pursue a career in teaching where she may support students on their journey for academic growth and create a safe and comfortable classroom environment, as they seek and work for success.
