I was a part of Diana’s team from 2018 to 2021. I found the team culture she cultivated highly promoted growth and improvement. The culture created by Diana and leadership provided gave me a sound platform to explore my own leadership style and to build professional experiences. As a result, I experienced a huge amount of personal and professional growth, and was given opportunities which I feel will make an impact on my career for the foreseeable future. One of the most personally relevant challenges I think she would have faced (from a management perspective) was helping me maintain connection to my work at the start of COVID (I spent several months overseas unable to return due to travel restrictions) - this is just one example (of many) showing her people focussed leadership style. Apart from this, Diana is an experienced leader skilled in finance, people management, stakeholder management and project management. I very much consider Diana to be my first

Diana was a key leader in the Pfizer Trade team during major change programs at a local and global level. As Head of Trade I worked with Diana on a day to day basis and credit her with being a key contributor to the success of many large and smaller change programs managed by the group for the benefit of the organisation. Her change management skills alongside her excellent interpersonal approach made her a sought after contributor to other organisational programs/changes outside of the Trade group. These included key strategic and systems changes for the Pfizer organisation. Diana’s Finance background and qualifications give her excellent Business Acumen alongside her ability to break down complex issues/problems into manageable and understood solutions. I found her second to none in her work ethic, support to me and loyalty to the team. She is a proven leader which was reflected in her team results and feedback. Diana was a joy to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending her for any future role. Madonna McLaughlin
