Established comprehensive clinical assessment tools and outcome measures in identifying needs for persons experiencing moderate to serious mental illness. Identified best practice models in providing comprehensive crisis response and treatment toward recovery ad stabilization. Provided clinical supervision and consultation with a multidisciplinary team including Masters of Social Workers, Registered Community Mental Health Nurses, Case Managers and Psychiatrists.
