You couldn't ask for a more driven, attentive to detail, and communicative colleague than Diana. Throughout her time at BCNY, it was always evident that she was passionate about and productive in making effective programmatic enhancements that always kept the needs of the members and families at the forefront of her work. Diana has a knack for writing and analyzing curriculum from both an educational and character development perspective, and I learned a lot from her by being on her team and collaborating in a variety of capacities. Diana would make a great addition to any team in which her professional ambitions align and I highly recommend her for her work ethic.

Diana impresses me everyday with her commitment to the work she does at the Boys' Club. Her position was created specifically for her, and she took the new (and somewhat experimental) role and developed and defined it to meet a crucial need at the organization. Her innate intelligence and passion for education made her a standout colleague, and a real change-maker at BCNY. She is savvy, quick, driven, and ever-curious, qualities to be envied and celebrated.
