Diana and I completed the CAI Case Study in the same class, over 10 years ago. While I got to know her as intelligent and funny during that class, it was when we taught a class together in Virginia a couple of years ago that I realized how truly caring and talented Diana is. We are lucky to have her representing community associations, and teaching managers throughout the country. She cares so much about our industry and I'm thankful to call her my colleague and more importantly, my friend.
