The IAEA offers a number of safety review services for Member States to increase the understanding, assessment and awareness of Leadership and Culture for safety, as well as how to improve safety culture. This includes all nuclear installation facilities, and related government and regulatory organisations. Since I am specialized in how safety critical organizations can grow a culture that puts safety first, my main task was to build and implement programmes on how to grow and maintain a strong leadership and culture for safety. I put international teams of experts together and led leadership and safety culture trainings, workshops, meetings, assessments and other missions in our Member States, all over the world.
