Diana Gomez is a visionary when it comes to preparing new teachers in the field of education. Her mentoring program took a chance on our solution in the very early days of our company's history and was our very first client. Diana and her team saw the potential from the beginning and new exactly what they wanted when it came to observation and feedback. I am so impressed by the new teacher mentoring team at Pasadena ISD and what they have built over the years and that is a testament to Diana's leadership and her commitment to doing what's best for teachers and students. She truly has a growth mindset and actually implements and executes on her ideas which is something you don't always find with school district leaders.
